Position: Welder / Fabricator

Location: St. Louis, MO

Pay: $32–$36 per hour (DOE) Hours: 40–50 hours per week | Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays



Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team in St. Louis, MO.

The ideal candidate will have strong welding skills, fabrication experience, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

You will be responsible for:

• Setting up welding machines and fabrication equipment
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Performing welding, cutting, grinding, and finishing operations
• Inspecting completed work for accuracy and quality
• Fabricating custom parts as needed

Requirements:

• Up-to-date welding certificates (up to 4G)
• OSHA 10 or higher certification
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
• Install and repair equipment and components
• Calculate material measurements and verify specifications
• Conduct weld tests to evaluate tolerance and overall quality
• Operate additional machinery such as forklifts (as needed)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–3 years of welding or fabrication experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Proficiency with welding tools, techniques, and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and follow verbal instructions
• Physically capable of meeting job demands
• Experience welding aluminum (1+ year preferred)
