Job Title: Virginia Licensed Electrician

Location: Amelia County Courthouse, VA

Industry: Industrial Electrical Work

Employment Type: Contract | Immediate Openings


Pay & Benefits:

  • $54.14 per hour
  • $100 per day per diem (paid 7 days per week — must meet per diem requirements with no absences or missed days)
  • Overtime opportunities
  • Reliable, long-term industrial projects
  • Weekly pay

Hours:| 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, Monday–Saturday (70+ hours per week)


Requirements:

  • Active Virginia Journeyman Electrician License (Required; must provide copy)
  • Industrial electrical experience (new installs, upgrades, troubleshooting)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong understanding of safety practices and electrical codes
  • Must have own basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, high-visibility vest, etc.)
  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in an industrial setting
  • Run conduit, pull wire, and install panels, switchgear, and control systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and accurately
  • Follow NEC and site-specific safety regulations at all times
