Job Description

Position: Pipefitter

Location: Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States

Pay: $32–$36 per hour (DOE)

Hours: 45–55 hours per week, including some Saturdays


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair piping systems in industrial and commercial settings.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
  • Cut, thread, and assemble pipe materials with precision.
  • Ensure all installations comply with OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Perform inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of piping systems.
  • Work with a variety of materials, including metal, PVC, and copper.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a pipefitter or in a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of pipefitting techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Must have current OSHA certification and follow all safety regulations.
  • Certification in pipefitting or related trade is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and flexible with schedule.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
