Position: Industrial Pipefitter

Location: Ghent, Kentucky, United States

Pay: $28–$32 per hour (based on experience)

Hours: 40–50 hours per week

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Pipefitter to join our team in Ghent, KY.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pipefitting techniques, the ability to read blueprints accurately, and a commitment to working safely and efficiently.

Key Duties:

• Install and assemble piping systems according to blueprints and specifications.
• Cut, thread, and bend pipes using hand tools and power tools.
• Weld and join pipes using techniques such as FCAW and soldering.
• Test piping systems for leaks to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain and repair existing piping systems as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Follow all safety protocols and comply with industry and company regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a pipefitter or in a similar industrial role.
• Proficient in basic math and measurement calculations.
• Strong knowledge of pipefitting tools, techniques, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have OSHA 10 or higher certification.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
