Millwright

MILLWRIGHT – PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA

Pay: $28–$32 per hour (DOE)

Hours: 45–55 per week, with some Saturdays required

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Position Overview

We are hiring a skilled Millwright to install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery in the Philadelphia area. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read blueprints, and experience working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machining tools
• Perform machinery alignment, calibration, and preventative maintenance
• Work flexible hours including overtime and some Saturdays

Requirements

• Journeyman Millwright Certification
• OSHA 10 required
• Completion of a millwright apprenticeship or equivalent experience
• Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
• Physical ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in industrial environments
• Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen
• Additional certifications in welding, machining, or industrial maintenance are a plus
