Pay Rate: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable Millwright Helper to join our team for a long-term industrial project in the Akron area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience working alongside skilled millwrights in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist millwrights with equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs
• Move, organize, and stage tools, materials, and equipment
• Assist with rigging and positioning machinery
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all site safety procedures and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous industrial or construction experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
• Basic hand and power tool knowledge
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
