Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $28–$32 per hour (DOE)

Hours: 45–55 hours per week, with some Saturdays required

Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced Millwrights to join our industrial maintenance team in Wichita, KS.

The ideal candidates will have strong mechanical aptitude, proven experience installing and maintaining industrial equipment, and a commitment to safety and precision work.

Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, align, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs or adjustments as needed.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machining tools.
• Follow all plant and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Work independently or collaboratively with other maintenance and production staff.
• Support production operations by responding to maintenance needs promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document all completed tasks.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a recognized Millwright apprenticeship program or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to industrial machinery.
• OSHA certification required.
• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical labor as required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, and some Saturdays.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.
• Additional certifications in welding, machining, or industrial maintenance are a plus.
• Experience with specific types of industrial equipment or machinery relevant to the facility is highly valued.
