Job Title: Millwright

Location: South Bend, Indiana

Pay: $28 – $32 dollars per hour (DOE)

Hours: 45–55/week, some Saturdays required

Overview:

We are hiring a skilled Millwright to install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery in South Bend, IN.

This role requires mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading, and the ability to work independently or on a team.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Operate hand/power tools, welding, and machining equipment.
• Perform alignment, calibration, and maintenance of machinery.
• Work flexible hours including some Saturdays and overtime.

Requirements:

• Journeyman Certification as a Millwright.
• OSHA 10 Certificate required.
• Completion of a recognized millwright apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and climb.
• Must pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
• Additional certifications in welding, machining, or industrial maintenance a plus.
