Location: Bessemer, AL
Salary: $25-$28 per hour

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as MIG Welders, specializing in welding on rebar and structural forms. Responsibilities:
  • Perform MIG welding on rebar and structural forms according to project specifications.
  • Interpret blueprints and welding symbols to determine welding requirements.
  • Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques and materials.
  • Inspect welds for defects and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality.
  • Collaborate with other members of the construction team to meet project deadlines and specifications.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a MIG Welder, preferably in a construction or manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in MIG welding techniques and equipment operation.
  • Knowledge of welding on rebar and structural forms is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform welding tasks in various positions and environments.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
