Pay: $50 per hour + $200/day Per Diem (Paid 7 Days/Week)
Hours: 60–70 Hours per Week (ALL OT PAID AS DOUBLE TIME) | Long-Term Project

We are currently hiring experienced Licensed Electricians for a long-term project at an industrial refinery site in Hemlock, Michigan. This is a high-paying opportunity for electricians who are looking for steady overtime, per diem benefits, and long-term stability in a demanding industrial environment.
Position Summary:
The Licensed Electrician will perform electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting at a large-scale refinery facility. Candidates must be able to work extended hours, follow all safety protocols, and demonstrate strong technical knowledge of electrical systems in heavy industrial environments.

- Pay: $50/hour
- Per Diem: $200/day – paid all 7 days per week

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in a refinery environment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, terminations, and panel installations
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely
- Work independently and as part of a team under the direction of site supervisors
- Maintain compliance with NEC and refinery safety standards
Requirements:
- Active State of Michigan Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 4 years of industrial or refinery electrical experience
- Familiarity with high-voltage systems, controls, and hazardous locations
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work extended hours on-site
