Position Overview: As a Residential Plumber, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential settings. Join our team and contribute to the satisfaction and comfort of homeowners in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Repairs: Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, faucets, and water heaters.
  • Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues, assess potential problems, and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective and efficient solutions to restore functionality.
  • Pipefitting: Cut, thread, and install pipes according to specifications, ensuring adherence to building codes and safety standards.
  • Leak Detection: Identify and repair leaks in pipes, fixtures, and appliances to prevent water damage and ensure water conservation.
  • Customer Service: Communicate effectively with homeowners, providing clear explanations of plumbing issues, proposed solutions, and estimated costs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, time spent on projects, and any additional recommendations for future maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Residential Plumber.
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid plumbing license in the state of Florida is preferred.
Compensation: $27-$30 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
