Position: Ironworker
Location: Kansas City, Missouri, United States
Pay: $28–$32 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 45–55 hours per week, with some Saturdays

Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Ironworkers to join our construction team in Kansas City. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining structural steel and metal components on commercial and industrial projects. The Ironworker will perform hands-on work with a variety of tools and machinery, ensuring that all structures are erected safely, accurately, and according to specifications. Safety, precision, and teamwork are essential to successfully completing projects on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Erect structural steel, install precast concrete panels, and assemble metal buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fabricate metal components
- Operate cranes, hoists, and other equipment to lift and position steel components
- Install rigging systems and hoisting equipment for safe lifting operations
- Follow all OSHA and company safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with project managers, foremen, and crew members to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Ironworker
- Proficiency in metal building erection and rigging
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Strong understanding of steel construction methods and materials
- Physical stamina to handle heavy labor in various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Must have OSHA 10 or higher certification
