Reporting To: Field Services Director

Schedule: Full-Time | Occasional Travel (5–10% Overnight)
GENERAL PURPOSE
We are seeking a results-driven and safety-focused Regional Industrial Project Manager to oversee operations across a designated geographic region. This position is responsible for managing sales initiatives, driving regional strategies, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, dedicated to fostering team development and building lasting customer relationships while aligning with the overall objectives of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safety Initiative: Promote and enforce a positive safety culture across all operations and personnel.
- Sales Leadership: Lead regional sales efforts by developing and executing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and position the company competitively.
- Financial Management: Oversee regional budgets, track project manager performance, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor team members. Evaluate performance and provide continuous coaching and support.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships. Address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Work with senior leadership to develop strategic plans, set measurable goals, and ensure alignment with company-wide objectives.
EDUCATION & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management.
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial contracting.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and people management.
- Proven commitment to industrial safety and regulatory compliance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel overnight 5%–10% of the time.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Use of arms and hands for handling tools and equipment.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds independently; heavier lifting with assistance.
- Manual dexterity for repetitive tasks and standard office equipment use.
- Comfortable with both office and on-site industrial environments.
