Job Title: Handyman / Maintenance Technician

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Pay Rate: $28–$30 per hour (DOE)

Hours: PARTTIME 20–25 hours per week, with potential for full-time.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and skilled Field Service / Handyman Technician to join our team in Fort Myers, FL.

This role focuses on general maintenance, repairs, and improvements at both commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and improvements at commercial and residential properties.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and minor plumbing issues.
• Conduct carpentry, painting, flooring installation or repairs, masonry work, and drywall installation/repairs.
• Maintain accurate service logs and reports.
• Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices.
• Support property managers or clients with technical expertise and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Hands-on maintenance experience at the commercial and residential level, including electrical, plumbing, welding, carpentry, flooring, masonry, and drywall.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common household and commercial repair issues.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a small team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and professional.
• Must have reliable transportation (pickup truck, van, or equivalent).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
