Job Title: Licensed Journeyman Electrician
Location: Grand Junction, CO
Pay Rate: $50 per hour
Schedule: 45–55 hours per week (including some Saturdays)
Duration: 3–4 months
Position Overview
We are seeking Licensed Colorado Journeyman Electricians for a 3–4 month industrial project in Grand Junction, Colorado.
This position involves electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a heavy industrial environment.
Candidates must hold a valid Colorado Journeyman Electrical License and OSHA certification, with proven experience in commercial or industrial construction settings.
Pay & Schedule
- $50 per hour
- 45–55 hours per week (with Saturday work as needed)
- Consistent weekly hours on a long-term industrial project
Job Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in an industrial setting
- Run and terminate conduit, cable trays, and control wiring
- Wire and connect motors, VFDs, switchgear, and control panels
- Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting on high- and low-voltage systems
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and site-specific safety regulations
- Collaborate with other trades and site personnel to maintain efficiency and safety
Job Requirements
- Valid Colorado Journeyman Electrical License (Required)
- OSHA certification (Required)
- Minimum 3+ years of industrial electrical experience
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and electrical layouts
- Experience with industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, or construction projects
- Must provide personal PPE, hand tools, and have reliable transportation
- Must be able to commit to 45–55 hours per week, including some Saturdays
