Apprentice Electricians

Location: Seffner, Florida

Schedule: 40 Hours per Week (Possible Overtime as Needed)

Local Talent Only – No Per Diem

Pay Rate: Starting at $24.00 per hour and up (based on years of experience)

Position Overview:

We are currently hiring Apprentice-Level Electricians for projects in Seffner, Florida. This is a great opportunity for motivated electricians looking to continue developing their skills in a steady, full-time role. Pay will be determined based on experience level and years in the trade.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation of electrical systems in commercial and/or residential settings
• Pull wire and cable
• Bend and install conduit (EMT preferred)
• Install outlets, switches, lighting, and devices
• Assist with panel terminations and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow all safety guidelines and supervisor instructions

Requirements:

• Apprentice-level electrical experience required
• OSHA 10 Certification or higher required
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
• Basic knowledge of electrical tools and materials
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
