Electrical Foreman – Kansas City, MO
Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 per year (Based on Experience)

Are you a skilled electrician with strong leadership abilities? We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and manage electrical crews on commercial and/or industrial projects throughout the Kansas City area.
Position Overview:
The Electrical Foreman will oversee on-site operations, coordinate work schedules, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain project timelines. This role is crucial to ensuring high-quality electrical installations and efficient team performance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct electricians and apprentices on job sites
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Plan and execute layout and installation of electrical systems and equipment
- Maintain compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and inspectors
- Track daily progress, crew hours, and material usage
- Mentor and train junior team members
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed and enforced
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide effective solutions
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of electrical experience; supervisory experience preferred
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
