Job Title: Concrete Finisher

Location: St. Paul, MN (Twin Cities Metro Area)

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Hours: Full-Time | 40–50 hours per week

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our team in the Twin Cities metro area.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in all aspects of concrete work, from prep to finishing.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare work areas for concrete pouring and finishing
  • Perform grading and base installation to proper elevations
  • Form, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications
  • Use hand and power tools to shape, trowel, smooth, and polish surfaces
  • Ensure work meets both structural and aesthetic standards
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in concrete finishing
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must provide your own finishing hand tools (mag float, edger, trowels, hammer, 25’ tape, speed square, utility knife, tool belt)
  • Work boots and concrete pouring boots required
