Concrete Finisher

Position: Concrete Finisher

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | 40–50 hours per week (some Saturdays required)

Location: Jacksonville, FL

We’re seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our skilled crew in Jacksonville, FL.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare work areas for concrete pouring and finishing
• Grade and install base materials to the correct levels
• Form, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications
• Use hand and power tools to shape, trowel, smooth, and polish surfaces
• Ensure work meets structural and aesthetic standards
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite

Required Tools & Equipment:

• Must bring your own finishing hand tools (magnesium float, edger, trowels, hammer, 25’ tape measure, speed square, utility knife, tool belt)
• Work boots and concrete pouring boots required
• PPE, company logo gear, and gloves provided
• Reliable transportation to job sites

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of concrete finishing experience
• OSHA certification required
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
