Job Title: Piping Supervisor
Location: Morton, IL
Pay Rate: $38-$44 per hour, plus $100/day per diem

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Piping Supervisor to join our team in
Morton, IL. The ideal candidate will be skilled in pipe welding and
pipe fitting and will have a strong background in supervising piping
teams on large industrial projects. This role requires a hands-on
leader who can ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all aspects
of piping installation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of piping crews, ensuring
adherence to project schedules and specifications.
Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with
project plans and safety standards.
Oversee pipe welding and fitting tasks, providing guidance and support
to team members.
Ensure that safety regulations and quality standards are consistently
met or exceeded.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other supervisors
to resolve issues and maintain productivity.
Maintain records of project progress, workforce hours, materials used,
and other project-specific data.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in pipe welding and pipe fitting, with
at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of various piping materials, installation techniques, and
relevant safety protocols.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and piping specifications.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate
with team members and project stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality.
