Job Description
Job Title: Industrial Electrician
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Compensation: $30 per hour
We are actively seeking experienced Industrial Electricians to join our team in Winston-Salem, MA. As an Industrial Electrician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems in an industrial setting. If you have a strong electrical background, expertise in PCL troubleshooting, and experience working with voltages ranging from 220 to 480v, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Electrical System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems in an industrial environment.
- PCL Troubleshooting: Utilize your expertise in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Voltage Work: Work with voltages ranging from 220 to 480v to install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to ensure accurate installations and repairs.
- Electrical Installations: Install, modify, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment according to specifications and local codes.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including project managers and engineers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician.
- PCL Troubleshooting: Expertise in troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Voltage Experience: Familiarity with working on voltages ranging from 220 to 480v.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- Safety Awareness: Strong commitment to safety practices.
- Communication: Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Licensure: Electrical licensure or certification is a plus.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate of $30 per hour.
